New York: City of Refuge, The Museum of Jewish Heritage

Collaborating with Amy Forman Design, RWD designed this show about post-WWII Jewish immigration to America. Roger and Amy transformed the Museum’s Overlook Gallery, not originally designed as an exhibition space, into an appealing and appropriate showcase for the Museum’s collection.

The gallery had awkward Architectural soffits.  RWD’s and Amy’s solution was to integrate the casework into the architecture, Making the gallery look like it was designed that way for a purpose.
