Roger Westerman Design LLC (RWD) is a full service design practice that specializes in interpretive and interactive exhibits, interior design (corporate, retail, and entertainment related), and product design. RWD also provides specialty design services for installations requiring a careful balance of mechanical engineering and aesthetics. Founded in 1999, RWD provides cutting-edge, buildable ideas that achieve our clients’ schedules and budgetary goals.
RWD offers expertise in all phases of the design process: concept design, design development, contract documents, bid and construction administration.
RWD has strong working relationships with talented independent consulting firms to provide our clients with the following services: architecture/engineering, AV media development, systems integration, multimedia design, lighting design, theatrical set design, and photographic services.
RWD offers project management and creative direction in all phases of the design process. Although we generally take on a complete project, we provide any or all of the following services:
Concept Design
Discovery, concept reports, program statements, sketches, models, diagrams, renderings, PowerPoint™ presentations
Design Development
Budgets, schedules, plans, diagrams, 3D computer models and walkthroughs, preliminary specifications
Contract Documents
Final budgets, CAD control drawings, bid forms; coordination with architecture, AV, and lighting design; specifications and narratives
Contract Management
Qualifying bidders, bid forms, bid meetings, awarding contracts, value engineering
Fabrication and Installation Supervision
Shop and site reviews, punchlists
